Growing up in Logan and settling in Lancaster in 2003, she brings her love for meeting new patients and a passion for top-notch care to everything she does. Melissa is all about supporting our patients through every step of their treatment journey. Outside of work, she’s into woodworking, painting, and soaking up the outdoors with her family!
Caitlyn, Scheduling Coordinator
Meet Caitlyn! Born and raised in Lancaster, she is proud to serve the community she calls home. Outside of the office, she enjoys photography, hiking, spending time with friends and family, and hanging out with her dog.
Ann, Scheduling Coordinator
Ann graduated from The Ohio State University and has been a resident of Lancaster for 26 years. She is a proud mother of two and also has a cherished dog named Decker. Outside of work, Ann enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, traveling to new places, and tackling home improvement projects.
Erynn, Orthodontic Assistant
Meet Erynn! For her, the best part of the day is watching her patients’ confidence grow as their new smiles take shape. She loves being part of a team dedicated to creating healthy, beautiful smiles. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and is a proud ‘fur mom’ to her two dogs—a German Shepherd and a Golden Retriever.
Vicki, Orthodontic Assistant
Vicki has been a beloved member of our office for over 20 years, always ready with a warm welcome for all the smiling faces that walk through our doors. She’s a big fan of Mexican food and loves catching live concerts. When she’s not at work, you’ll find her shopping, hiking, or cheering on the Buckeyes!
Colleen, Orthodontic Assistant
Meet Colleen, a proud grad of the Newark Dental Assisting Program! She finds great joy in working with patients of all ages and her calming presence helps everyone feel relaxed and well-cared-for during their orthodontic visits. Fun fact: Colleen is a nail art enthusiast and enjoys exploring local shops around Lancaster.

Meet Angela! She’s all about making every patient’s visit a memorable one. She truly cares about each patient’s smile and goes above and beyond to ensure they have the best experience at the office. Outside of work, Angela is a proud dog mom to her sweet dog Maple. She also enjoys salsa dancing, traveling, painting, and spending time with her family and friends.
